As the administrator of this account, I agree to the following terms in exchange for access to the CargoHD.com E-Commerce website:

1. Access shall only be granted to a person in the employment of this organization.
a. User is responsible for timely notification of termination and is responsible for any unpermitted use by current and past employees.

2. Cargo Heavy Duty may, in its sole discretion, deny any user access to this website or any portion of the site without notice.

3. Cargo Heavy Duty reserves the right to change or modify any order. This includes but is not limited to; change in quantity shipped, change in supplier of equal or greater value.
a. Cargo Heavy Duty will notify the customer before any changes are Invoiced.

4. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, license, frame, display, perform or adapt any information obtained from this website or use the information for any public or commercial purpose.

5. Each user will require a unique email address to enroll. Any shared access will be the responsibility of the enrollee.

6. Prices reflected on this website are limited to items on hand. Items placed on back order will be subject to pricing at time of invoice and may change without notice.

7. Return policy applies to all invoiced items.
a. Items returned must be in new condition and original box. There will be no returns or refunds allowed on the following: 1) Parts returned after 30 days, 2) Any electrical equipment or parts, 3) Broken or partial kits and gasket sets, 4) Tools that have been used, 5) Special order items, 6) Parts not in their original package.
b. Cores returned must be assembled and drained of all lubricant. Cores must be returned in the original box within 90 days from the date of purchase.
c. All returns must be either emailed to customer service or called in for authorization. Any returns given to delivery drivers without authorization are subject to restock fees and/or denial.

8. All orders placed are subject to the terms agreed upon.
a. Any invoices not paid when due will be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month. (18% annually)

9. Cargo Heavy Duty is not responsible for manufacturer cross reference or fitment.

10. The only warranties applying to this part(s) are those which may be offered by the manufacturer. The selling dealer hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for any liability connection with the sale of this part and/or service. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from the selling dealer any consequential damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other incidental damages.
